Enterprise Risk Management Job - Consultants at all levels

Our consulting client-base are looking to fill Enterprise Risk Management Jobs.

Roles are at all levels, and require upwards of 2 years post qualification Risk Management experience, ideally gained in a consultancy or FTSE100/Fortune 500 organisation.

Our clients work with leaders of top tier companies to help them increase the organisational benefits delivered by their risk management activities. Key areas of work delivered include advising on the development of organisational frameworks for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the establishment of broader governance, risk management and assurance practices, as well as providing assurance and advice on specific risk relating to corporate responsibility, such as social, health, safety and environmental risks.

Enterprise Risk Management job Responsibilities

Ideally you will have a rounded skills set with understanding of effective governance, risk assessment, processes and controls. Financial and accounting awareness would be a strong advantage but critical is a strong desire to take these skills to the next level, providing fresh and innovative solutions to clients, using Global tools and methodologies.

The ability to build strong client relationships and understand client's agendas and needs

Deliver assignments to high level of client satisfaction and within budget

Work with clients to identify areas of governance, risk, process and control weakness

Build understanding of solutions, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialists accordingly to influence our findings

Develop relevant recommendations and solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate areas of risk

Project Manage and provide necessary support to clients during periods of change

Work with clients to meet regulatory and compliance obligations

Enterprise Risk Management job Experience

Candidates must have a degree and may also hold a professional financial qualification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA. MIIA PRINCE 2 practitioner or demonstrable Project Management skills are desirable.

Strong analytical skills delivered in a disciplined manner

Able to facilitate business managers and leaders to identify and assess their key business risks

Understanding of key business risks and associated controls

High degree of problem solving skills, coupled with ability to develop creative approaches, models and systems

Adds value by delivering work that meets or exceeds expectations and is able to overcome challenges

Excellent report writing and presentation skills
