Need A Job?

If you need a job this page is for you, as it's a collection of all our best free guides and information you'll need in order to get a job.

Download are Free guide on how to make yourself stand out from the crowd and WIN the offer!

Right click your mouse and choose "save as" or "save target as" depends on your web browser, and save your file somewhere you'll find it on your PC.

This information will give you a massive advantage over your competitors - and that's a promise.

This is a summarised into a no "fluff" with with just the vital info.

If you're looking for a job there is a process that you'll have to go through.

1. Decide What Job you want

2. Find out where you'll find the job, and how to apply.

3. Create Job winning marketing materials (CV/Resume, Cover and follow-up letters), and use them to secure an interview.

4. Prepare and pass the interview.

5. Negotiate or accept job offer.

As a pro recruiter this is a process I help people through every day of my life.

And am often asked if there is a secret?

and the answer is....

yes there is.

The secret is that the person that gets the job (excluding the biased processes, where the cousin of the boss, or some other example of favouritism occurs) is...

The person who demonstrates how they will make the organisation more successful, in a likable (will fit with the team) way, gets the job.

or put another way

If you show how you can save or make the organisation money, AND fit in with the other staff, your well on your way to a new job.

One of my consulting clients, always asks perspective employees "what would you do in your first 90 days of employment"?

A really tough question, which tends to get a number of flustered replies

"what it tells me to do on the job specification"

or some other words to that effect...

but very, very rarely, somebody has taken the trouble to research and consider how they may do the job to improve efficiency, and fit with the team. And will give a consider and structured answer, that they will have planned before hand (If they have our free guide:).

The guide is in pdf format, which means you can either click it and read whilst on-line, or you can right click on it with your mouse, and "save as" or "save target as" to download it onto your PC (best option).

Finally these techniques are for EVERYONE! and work for the most senior of positions, through to less senior or part-time positions.

So - GOOD LUCK and lets get started.

Need A Job - what next?

1. Download our free guide here. Right click your mouse and choose "save as" or "save target as" depends on your web browser, and save your file somewhere you'll find it on your PC.

You can just read it by clicking on the link here, but downloading is better, as you may want to read it away from your computer.

I would suggest reading through it once, to get a full view of the techniques, before going through the sections to build your unique Job Winning strategy.

I hope you enjoy the guide, and get the job you deserve.
