in building a better CV.
The
trick with using these tests is to take a few minutes to relax and read
through your report a couple of times, and gain your bearings.
As
well a the "Your Top Careers Area" the tests are broken down into
additional 9 sections, one for each of the motivational worker traits
as shown below:
Job Content - tasks you want to perform
Temperament - how you prefer to perform tasks
Aptitude - how you like to express your
performance of tasks
People - how
you relate to people

you relate to things, materials, processes etc
Data - how

motivated worker traits or behaviour, against those demanded
by
the target role or career you are considering.
If you haven't
already you should have listed the skills and behavour the
role
your considering will require. Read the chapter on how
to interpret a job description for further advice.
Then
highlight your motivational descriptive sentences and words
that
you feel passionate about, and are in context with the target role.
These
are the descriptions of core behaviour and personality that most people
struggle to articulate in their CV, and therefore don't include.
Yet this is the content that brings your CV to life, making it truly
unique to you.
