And personally the MAPP test (motivational appraisal of personal performance) test, turned on my lights to my personal motivational drivers and blockers. This piece of information for me was almost life changing in it's impact. Helping me to recognise and cater for my personal strengths and weaknesses. One of which I did not even know I had! These changes have increased my effectiveness considerably. Even family and friends have noticed, and have taken the MAPP Tests themselves. With everyone claiming at least some level of helpful insight gained, and some identifying more dynamic results like me. My recommendation would be to do both the Peoplemaps free personality and MAPP tests which will take you about 45 minutes in total. I doubt the Peoplemaps personality assessment will highlight any completely unknown personality traits. But it will show you your strongest traits, and give you some positive wording that will strengthen your resume / CV.
