ERM / BCM Specialists

A major petrochemical company in the Middle East with global presence needs ERM / BCM Specialists in the Enterprise Risk Management Department. The positions are located in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and offers excellent Tax Free benefits.

The job responsibilities and required qualifications are as follows:

• Provide guidance and assistance to the business and process owners with the identification, understanding, evaluation, management and communication of appropriate recovery plans for their processes and resources.
• Assist business and process owners across the company to conduct controls analysis, identify gaps and create / implement business recovery plans.
• Collect business impact data and conduct detailed analysis, using appropriate IT systems and technology to identify, validate, and enumerate existing recovery strategies.
• Draw on the expertise and experience of senior personnel as appropriate.
• Demonstrate to customers: a proficient level of technical and business understanding, knowledge of their needs and requirements and the ability to educate them on business continuity where appropriate.
• Support ERM management in challenging on all aspects of the business continuity process as well as risk and resilience aspects on ad-hoc projects.
• Support ERM management on consolidation of risk and dependency data.
• Ensure all reports are well written, concise and delivered on time.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of BCM exercises.
• Assist in the delivery of BCM training programme.
• Achieve and maintain required professional qualifications.
• Learn from practical experience and successfully apply BCM practices to assignments.
