Who we are looking for: We are looking for a range of experience from recent graduates (ideally 2 years plus post grad experience), who possess excellent communications skills, a natural consultative style, business flair and creativity, with a personality that enjoys stakeholder management, ambition and personal drive. Business Risk Sales Consultants – the client environment: Our client has no end of gifted technical risk experts, covering insurance, risk analysis & strategy, risk prevention and mitigation, business continuity, and post event claims, and forensic specialists. So though a background in any risk discipline is valued, the key attribute our client is look for, or looking to develop, is the ability to help their clients deliver real tangible business benefit in line with their overarching business strategy. Business Risk Sales Consultants – these roles demand: For the more senior roles we are looking for experience of delivering challenging business objectives, managing risk in a way that supports and enables the business strategy; evidence of real flair in balancing the drive to deliver against the management of risk. The role will involve working with large regional clients, and internal account executives developing account development ideas & strategy, and implementing these strategies, in a timely and quality orientated manner. Sales ability, commercial acumen is critical, but the role will also offer opportunity for consultancy delivery and project management. These roles are highly visible, and of strategic importance to our client, and therefore provide any successful applicant, a really interesting and rewarding career direction.
