Qualifications and responsibilities:
Consultant
Level:
- Degree educated, you must have at least 1 years
consulting experience and experience in financial management reporting.
- You have matured experience on reporting
packages like Business Objects and of SQL reporting on either Oracle or
SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills, strong
analytical skills, and ability to work unsupervised when required.
Senior
Consultant:
- At
least 3-5 years experience of working in consultancy, focused on
Business Performance Management and Business Intelligence.
- Capability to work on personal initiative.
- Excellent communication skills to foster an
open environment and to support effective management of the business.
- Proven leadership of consulting teams.
- Excellent client relationship Management.
Principal
Consultant:
- Ability to sell consultancy-led engagements and
project manage and scope such projects.
- Proven ability to achieve results .
- Ability to acquire new business within existing
and new customers.
- Good network of senior executive contacts,
ideally at board level.
- Build strategic partnerships with accounts.
Base
Salary
Consultant up to £45k base
Senior Consultant up to £55k Base
Principal Up to £80k base
Benefits include £6k car allowance, pension, and 20% bonus
