Managing Business Continuity ConsultantOur client is a consistent winner of the independent employer of Choice awards, recognised not only by their industry thought leadership, and quality of their people but also for the "work life Balance" they cultivate within their dynamic and friendly culture ResponsibilitiesProviding client advice across the full spectrum of the business continuity lifecycle Advising around business continuity strategy, governance and policy Risk analysis, business impact and recovery requirements analysis Business continuity communication, training, health checks, and reviews Reviewing IT critical systems identification, requirements and dependency analysis Resilience/recovery technical design, build and test. Full scope disaster recovery planning. Providing assurance services through the internal audit route Preparing of crisis management plans and procedures including communication plans humanitarian assistance plans and decision/response mechanisms for dealing with emergency and incident alerts The ExperienceProven experience in business continuity and disaster recovery design, implementation and testing in the following areas: People, Facilities, Technology, Communications and Data Project managed large-scale end-to-end business continuity and disaster recovery projects from design and sourcing through to implementation and testing Proven experience in crisis management, communication and response planning and experience of delivering scenario-based executive training programmes Working knowledge of a wide range of continuity and security-related technologies Experienced business development and delivery consultant, operating at the highest levels Demonstrated experience across a variety of industry sectors is preferable The Individual Proactive and energetic self-starter who can take ideas and turn them into practical reality Excellent consulting skills with ability to develop and communicate solutions or options in complex areas Excellent people-management, team-building, with demonstrable skills in leadership, communication Ability to identify sales opportunities that add value to the client Package Salary base between £65-75k dependent on experience, with bonus, and flexible benefits.
