For the past 12 months I have been developing a small consultancy which specialises in IT and Business Continuity Planning. I have recently completed an assignment preparing the Business Continuity Plan for a freight forwarding company in support of AEO accreditation. I previously have experience of Business Continuity in the Airline Industry, in the Fund Management and Property Industry, and in the Education sector. I have had significant experience and success in IT, having worked in senior roles in the Public Sector and in many blue chip companies such as Grosvenor (the private property company of the Duke of Westminster), British Airways, The Post Office, Guinness, Price Waterhouse, and Levi Strauss. I have a solid track record with well rounded experience of both strategic and operational IT management in large organisations, both in the public and private sectors and have delivered many projects on time and to budget. I am used to working with, and influencing, senior directors at board level in the pursuit of business driven IT strategies, and I have a strong record of building successful and loyal IT teams. |
